Custom Flags are manufactured with 3 oz knitted polyester, which provides the high tensile breaking strength needed for flag. Flags are fabricated with 4-line high strength stitching and brass grommets. All single/reverse flags have 100% ink bleed through, making the colors on the back just as vibrant as the front.

The Mississippi state flag was originally adopted in 1894 and remains one of the most controversial flags in the United States. In the canton is the confederate battle flag. Mississippi is the only state to feature the Confederate battle flag so prominently but in 2001 there was a vote and the result was to leave the flag. The remainder of the flag is similar to the stars and bars but the upper stripe is blue.
Following the events of the George Floyd incident and the many protests and public pressure, lawmakers gathered votes and started drafting legislation o have the flag changed. This was the first substantial action to change the state flag since the 2001 referendum. The New Magnolia flag was the chosen flag from more than 2000 entries. In the centre of the flag lies a modern magnolia blossom, symbolizing a sense of hope and rebirth as it blooms several times a year and has a long blooming season. The modern look of the flag represents the forward progression of Mississippi. A circle of twenty stars represents Mississippi as the twentieth state of the U.S.A. and is anchored by a gold five-point star which stands alone and represents the first people, indigenous American tribes whose land would eventually become Mississippi. The flag has a main field of blue representing vigilance, justice, perseverance, and the bands of red represent hardiness and valor. The gold represents the gold stamen of the new Magnolia and are a nod to the rich cultural history of the state, especially with regards to the arts, literature and music.

Actual delivery time will vary based on your location. Flat rate fees are calculated based on ground service by a major carrier. Should you require air service, contact us and we will provide a custom shipping rate for your order.
If we are unable to ship your order within the specified time period you will be notified via phone or email of your order status.

At Green Valley Flags, we want you to be satisfied when you receive your products. All custom products are tailor made to your specifications, as such there is potential for human error, however minimal. Under normal circumstances, our quality control department would pick up on it but sometimes things slip through and the order is dispatched. You might be wondering, what do I do incase of a manufacturing defect?
If our products are faulty in any way, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. You can contact our customer service department by emailing info@greenvalleyflags.com. Let us know your name, order number and concern and we will respond quickly to resolve your issues. We ask you provide a digital image of the fault in your product as well as a clear description of the problem.
In most cases, we will be able to resolve your issue via email. If the fault cannot be verified, you may need to return your product to us for inspection.
With regards to all products, we cannot accept the returns of non-defective products. We produce all of our products, including stock-design banners, as and when orders are placed. This means that every order, regardless of customization or not, was specifically produced for the customer and cannot be returned or re-stocked for resale at a later date. Unless the product is defective or there is evidence of poor workmanship, no products can be returned or exchanged.
Prior to Production - Sometimes you may purchase a product but quickly decide that you do not wish to go through with the purchase. We wait 1 hour after you place an order/ approve a proof to start manufacturing. If you contact a representative by phone only within the first hour then we will be able to cancel your order and issue a refund for the full amount.

After Receipt of Goods - If you receive your goods and you are unhappy for any reason, please do let us know, we will be happy to review and correct anything that was a result of our oversight or poor workmanship. We value feedback and strive to improve our service in all ways possible. To avoid being unhappy with your item be sure to double check the following:
Within an Hour of Purchase - We wait one hour after you place your order (stock designs)/ approve your proof (customized deisgns) before we start making it. Within this hour, you may contact us via phone if you wish to edit or change your mind and we can issue you a full refund
An Hour after Purchase - We custom make each product to order and due to the efforts and materials that go into each banner, we cannot cancel an order once the product goes into production. If you wish to cancel your order prior to the start of production, there will be a 35% charge of the cost of items.
