The Jr Windspill Street Pole Banner Bracket come in both a fixed and adjustable configuration and in 18", 24", 30" and 36" widths. Each bracket rod is made 1" larger than the size in order to accommodate variances in banner production.

The difference between a fixed and adjustable banner bracket is, as the names suggest, one can adjust to accommodate variances in banner heights and the other cannot. The adjustable banner bracket comes with a "back plate" casting that always stays banded to lamp post. The arm attaches onto the base plate with the help of two self locking bolts. The arm allows for 1" of travel up or down to accommodate banner size variances. The fixed street pole banner bracket is just the arm portion (no back plate or nuts are included)

At Green Valley Flags, we want you to be satisfied when you receive your products. All custom products are tailor made to your specifications, as such there is potential for human error, however minimal. Under normal circumstances, our quality control department would pick up on it but sometimes things slip through and the order is dispatched. You might be wondering, what do I do incase of a manufacturing defect?
If our products are faulty in any way, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. You can contact our customer service department by emailing info@greenvalleyflags.com. Let us know your name, order number and concern and we will respond quickly to resolve your issues. We ask you provide a digital image of the fault in your product as well as a clear description of the problem.
In most cases, we will be able to resolve your issue via email. If the fault cannot be verified, you may need to return your product to us for inspection.
With regards to all products, we cannot accept the returns of non-defective products. We produce all of our products, including stock-design banners, as and when orders are placed. This means that every order, regardless of customization or not, was specifically produced for the customer and cannot be returned or re-stocked for resale at a later date. Unless the product is defective or there is evidence of poor workmanship, no products can be returned or exchanged.
Prior to Production - Sometimes you may purchase a product but quickly decide that you do not wish to go through with the purchase. We wait 1 hour after you place an order/ approve a proof to start manufacturing. If you contact a representative by phone only within the first hour then we will be able to cancel your order and issue a refund for the full amount.

After Receipt of Goods - If you receive your goods and you are unhappy for any reason, please do let us know, we will be happy to review and correct anything that was a result of our oversight or poor workmanship. We value feedback and strive to improve our service in all ways possible. To avoid being unhappy with your item be sure to double check the following:
Within an Hour of Purchase - We wait one hour after you place your order (stock designs)/ approve your proof (customized deisgns) before we start making it. Within this hour, you may contact us via phone if you wish to edit or change your mind and we can issue you a full refund
An Hour after Purchase - We custom make each product to order and due to the efforts and materials that go into each banner, we cannot cancel an order once the product goes into production. If you wish to cancel your order prior to the start of production, there will be a 35% charge of the cost of items.
