You may submit or upload designs, images, photos, vector graphics, text, and other material for use in connection with our products. By doing so, you confirm that you either own the content or have the necessary permission to use, modify, alter, and print it.
You retain your intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the content you upload or email to us. By submitting content to us, you grant Green Valley Flags the right to use, reproduce, modify, print, display, transmit, and distribute that content as necessary to provide the services offered on the website.
In some cases, and only with your permission, images used to create custom products may be displayed in our gallery or other promotional materials.
We recommend that all users keep backup copies of any content they submit. We are not responsible for the loss, deletion, or corruption of uploaded or emailed files.
You acknowledge that enlarged images or non-vector artwork may lose definition, and that color variation may occur in the finished product. Final output may vary depending on file quality and production conditions.
You may not upload, email, or order products containing content that is unlawful, pornographic, obscene, indecent, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, blasphemous, violent, or otherwise offensive.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during checkout is accurate and complete, including your contact details, shipping address, payment details, product specifications, and uploaded content.
An order is not considered accepted until you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or decline any order.
Prices are set by Green Valley Flags and shipping charges are shown separately. We may change prices at any time, and those changes will be reflected on the site when updated.
Unless stated otherwise:
We generally allow a one-hour window after your order is placed or proofs are approved before production begins. During that time, you may contact us by phone if you need to make a change or cancel your order.
After that one-hour period, production resources may already be committed. If you cancel after that point, a 20% charge may apply.
Production timelines are estimates only and do not guarantee shipment or delivery by a specific date. Product images shown on our site are intended as a good representation of the items we produce, but printed color may vary.
Return and cancellation rights differ depending on whether a product is customized or non-customized.
Non-personalized products that can be resold may be returned if you notify us within 14 calendar days after delivery. Returned items must be unused, and a 35% restocking fee applies.
Customized products made to your specifications are not eligible for return, but you may cancel a customized order within one hour of placing it online by calling us.
In the event of a manufacturing fault, please notify us and provide photographs. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, replace the product at no charge.
We may terminate an order or refuse service at our sole discretion and without notice. Where appropriate, any refund due will be issued.
You may not use the service or website to break the law, interfere with our systems, or introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material.
Unless otherwise permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, alter, tamper with, or otherwise use materials contained on the website for any purpose other than completing a transaction with Green Valley Flags.

By uploading or creating designs using our tools, you grant Green Valley Flags a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the design as necessary to provide products and related marketing materials.
You agree to indemnify and hold Green Valley Flags, its staff, directors, agents, partners, associates, and officers harmless against claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, violation of law, or infringement of any third-party rights.
