Green Valley Flags offers flat-rate shipping on orders shipping within the United States. At this time, we are not offering shipping to other countries, though that policy may change in the future.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the United States using flat-rate shipping options. International shipping is not presently offered through the website.

Production & Shipping Timelines

Production time depends on the type of product ordered.

• Stock designs usually ship within 5–7 business days. Because these banners are printed to order, production still occurs before shipment. If an order is expected to take longer, you will be notified.
• Custom printed products, including custom street banners or stock designs with customization, generally have a standard turnaround time of 7–10 business days, depending on the quantity ordered.

Shipping activity typically takes place Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM MST.

Delivery Times

Actual delivery time will vary based on your location. Flat-rate fees are calculated using ground service from a major carrier.

If you require faster service, such as air shipping, we can often provide a custom shipping quote.

If we are unable to ship your order within the expected time period, we will notify you by phone or email with an update on your order status.

Rush Shipping & Expedited Production

We take pride in exceeding customer expectations and can often accommodate quicker turnaround times when needed. Rush printing and rush shipping options may be available depending on your order and timeline.
