Street pole banners are installed onto banner arm hardware fixed to a lamp post or pole. The right installation depends on your bracket type, pole pocket sizing, and how the banner is secured to the arms.
Confirm your banner width, height, pole pocket size, and bracket arm length before production.
Fixed and adjustable brackets install differently, so identify your hardware before choosing banner size.
Fixed brackets may be permanently fixed or welded to the pole. They have a set arm width and do not adjust, so your banner must match the exact bracket width.
Adjustable brackets are installed after-market and can be adjusted slightly up or down without un-banding the bracket from the post, allowing for some flexibility.
Use UV-protected heavy-duty zip ties on inner grommets unless your bracket arms have finials to prevent the banner from sliding off.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Many Green Valley Flags products are made to order or printed specifically for each customer. Because of that, returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled differently than standard retail goods.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of receipt so our team can review the issue.
Include digital images showing the issue, along with your order number and a clear description of the problem.
Many concerns can be reviewed by email. If needed, we may request the item be returned for inspection.

Green Valley Flags generally cannot accept returns of non-defective products, including customized products and stock-design banners that are printed when ordered.
