Installation Guide
Street pole banners are installed onto banner arm hardware fixed to a lamp post or pole. The right installation depends on your bracket type, pole pocket sizing, and how the banner is secured to the arms.
Confirm your banner width, height, pole pocket size, and bracket arm length before production.
Fixed and adjustable brackets install differently, so identify your hardware before choosing banner size.
Use UV-protected heavy-duty zip ties on inner grommets unless your bracket arms have finials to prevent the banner from sliding off.
Banner Warranty & Care
Street pole banners are exposed to wind, weather, sun, and outdoor installation conditions. Their lifespan depends heavily on proper sizing, hardware, tension, and installation.
Most premature banner issues are caused by poor tension, excessive movement, incorrect sizing, or unsuitable hardware. The goal is to keep the banner secure, tight, and properly supported.
Banner width, height, and pole pocket size should match the hardware system being used.
Adjustable brackets can help installers create a tighter fit and reduce unwanted banner movement.
Banners should be installed tightly with minimal flapping. More movement means more wear and tear over time.
Street pole banners should be installed by someone familiar with banner hardware and outdoor pole-mounted displays. A loose banner can billow, flap, or shift on the arms, which will reduce lifespan.
The banner should sit firmly on the arms with as little movement as possible.
Open streets, exposed lots, and high-wind areas may place more stress on banners and hardware.
Check tension, grommets, pole pockets, brackets, and banding as part of routine maintenance.

Production & Shipping
Custom banners are produced after artwork approval. Our process is designed to keep your order clear, accurate, and moving efficiently from proofing through production and shipping.
Select your product, size, finishing, quantity, and upload artwork if required.
A digital proof is typically sent within 24–48 hours before production begins.
After approval, most custom banners are produced in approximately 5 business days.
Orders ship after production. Transit time depends on destination and shipping method.
Production and delivery timelines can vary depending on artwork readiness, proof approval timing, order size, and shipping destination.
Clean artwork helps avoid delays. Low-resolution files or unclear logos may require artwork adjustments before proofing.
Production begins only after proof approval, so faster approval helps keep the order moving.
Larger orders or multi-design banner programs may require additional production or packing time.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, remote locations, weather, or seasonal shipping volume.
Transit time depends on where the order is shipping and the service selected at checkout.
International shipments may be subject to customs review, duties, taxes, or import fees.
If you need banners by a specific date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Many Green Valley Flags products are made to order or printed specifically for each customer. Because of that, returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled differently than standard retail goods.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of receipt so our team can review the issue.
Include digital images showing the issue, along with your order number and a clear description of the problem.
Many concerns can be reviewed by email. If needed, we may request the item be returned for inspection.
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will review the appropriate replacement or resolution.
Green Valley Flags generally cannot accept returns of non-defective products, including customized products and stock-design banners that are printed when ordered.
Many products are produced specifically for the customer and are not held as resalable inventory.
Non-defective made-to-order items usually cannot be returned, exchanged, or restocked for resale.
Review proofs, templates, uploaded artwork, sizing, and order details carefully before approval.
If you place an order and quickly decide not to proceed, contact us immediately. A full refund may be available within the one-hour cancellation window before production begins.
Cancellation requests should be made within one hour of purchase for stock designs or within one hour of proof approval for customized designs.
If you have doubts or need edits, contact our team immediately so changes can be reviewed before production starts.
Once the product enters production, cancellation or refund options may no longer be available.
To reduce the chance of errors or dissatisfaction, please carefully review the following before approving a proof or placing an order.
