Green Valley Flags offers flat rate shipping across the United States with production timelines that vary depending on the type of product ordered.
Most stock design banners and flags ship within approximately 5–7 business days. Because products are printed to order, production occurs prior to shipping.
Custom printed products typically require approximately 7–10 business days for production depending on quantity and customization requirements.
Delivery time varies by location. Flat rate shipping is based on ground service through major carriers. Shipping occurs Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM MST.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Many Green Valley Flags products are made to order or printed specifically for each customer. Because of that, returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled differently than standard retail goods.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of receipt so our team can review the issue.
Include digital images showing the issue, along with your order number and a clear description of the problem.
Many concerns can be reviewed by email. If needed, we may request the item be returned for inspection.
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will review the appropriate replacement or resolution.
Green Valley Flags generally cannot accept returns of non-defective products, including customized products and stock-design banners that are printed when ordered.
Many products are produced specifically for the customer and are not held as resalable inventory.
Non-defective made-to-order items usually cannot be returned, exchanged, or restocked for resale.

If you place an order and quickly decide not to proceed, contact us immediately. A full refund may be available within the one-hour cancellation window before production begins.
Cancellation requests should be made within one hour of purchase for stock designs or within one hour of proof approval for customized designs.

Once the product enters production, cancellation or refund options may no longer be available.
